A subway ride on New Year's Eve

Friendship is a subway
Crowded, profound, interesting
Some rides are short, long, halted
Hollowness remains, to find the missing piece

All these years, I have been searching
Still holding my foolish ticket
Perhaps leaving today, or tomorrow
Please, I just need an excuse
For the heart finally comes to rest

Keep calm, keep cool, keep tranquil
Still, tell me is the one here yet?

Yet the train door opens,
Some ponder, some forget, some baffle

Rainbow Chord

Taking a sip, of the already cold coffee
As I drive across the endless freeway
She murmurs "Are we there yet?"
And a bright gleam shines and awakes us

Oh, the songs from the sky chord
Tickles away the solemn emotions,
Oh, the melodies of the rainbow chord
Never leave my side, stay with me forever

Now, we are still wandering
Directionless, in a slow pace
Put on your shoes, quick
As the wise rabbit is escaping to the east

Hold my hands, to the sunset we run
There is still time for us, ain't it?
An adult is complicated they say
