Oh, Jack,
Don't run, don't fret
Stay foolish, stay curious
Oh, Peter,
Don't stop, don't look back
The road is long
Breath in, feel your heart
Take a step, paint the other
Oh, Elizabeth
Don't frown, stay cute
You are always the Sun of my happiness
Oh, myself
You are just too tired of the heavy blue skies
You, and your fragile little wings
It's okay,
Smile for others you may pause
Smile for yourself you shall now

Rich Man, Poor Woman
To thou,
Julia, are you tears dropping
Over Ed's unweaving heart?
Leaves, the thing of man does, you
With your lost thoughts only to care for
As the heart grows older
It will come to such sights colder
Neither a broken smile is enough
Nor to spare a sigh of ignorance
Though worlds are built with dreams
And yet you will weep knowing why
Now no matter, pleads or reminiscence
To all, it is just a sorrowful song to ponder on
No gut had, no mind tried,
What heart heard of, the readers guessed
It is the man whom she loves
It is a story, Julia you mourn for

The Last Lover
When the morning comes,
It is not the sun that gets me,
It is the thought that there is another day
Of me breathing,
Thinking of you,
Makes every second is joyous, every minute is a blessing
The day might rob the smiles off the sunflowers,
But thou shall not fret,
I'll be there, wherever you are, every time,
Churning bad guys away from you,
Shading dropping stars from you,
So that I can go on
Cherish you again, day after day
So forget about tomorrow
Coz it won't be a better day,
As now today is just perfect with you
But I shudder, to the thought of finite time,
and I pray for mortally forever,
I will not lose imagination,
For you are the creator
Because simply, you are my last lover
in my stony heart.
It is not the sun that gets me,
It is the thought that there is another day
Of me breathing,
Thinking of you,
Makes every second is joyous, every minute is a blessing

One Less Lonely Man
Streets are empty, sellers are packing up
Skies are blank, stars are on vacation
My trench coat,
Offers the only companionship in the silent detour
I hop to find the distant noises I caught
A night parade of balloons and clowns
Unwillingly I crawl myself to it
Trying to seek for redemption
Then I met you, standing amid the crowd
You seem to be a little bit blurry
I offer you my hot beverage
And all, it seems like yesterday
It's impossible
I'm in love again
I thought I'm going to die a lonely man
How was I to know
You never told me
Wiping my eyes
Pinching my cheek
I can't believe
I'm putting this ring into your finger
I thought we were just only friends
How was I to know
You never told me
I should have seen it coming
I should have read the signs
And a little less foolish
I'm sorry I am bit tardy
For that I'm by myself all along
Today, and never, I will not
If with you

Seven Springs, Eight Autumns
Gazing your face under the sky of full moon brighten with stars,
Sometimes it makes my heart forget how not to skip a beat
I'm thankful for not that you love me
I'm thankful that I found you instead
As time grows
So does our memories, and our feelings
I don't hope for anything
Just that my love has you and me
And that matters even the world lost it charms
That is not enough, I say,
I call the lawyer, the pastor, the best man, the flower girls,
Holding her both warm wrinkled hands,
And her eyes are beautiful as the first day I met her
I unfold the paper and say,
"I have you for what I still considered a short time,
But it feels like 100 years had passed
And God that is just not enough
So I would like to be with you
For another 100 years"
Seven springs, eight autumns,
You left me last winter,
The snow angels weep, wondering where did it go wrong,
Nope, the love burns, the passion shines,
Too bad, He needs her back to heaven
Sometimes, I ask God
"Why me"
But when I look at your face on that very tombstone,
Quietly, I say to God
"It doesn't matter, because I had her"

Letter To Princess
Dear Princess,
Don’t frown and don’t sigh,
For happy time is always around,
I can’t give you more Magnums
For if you are in sadness, once more
They have already melted
May I present you a little box of Rochers
As hard as little soothing rocks
With hope it is sweet enough
To carve a smile on your face
For when the time you needed it most
With a smiling apology
I shall end this
In hope my Highness not to be mad
Anymore

UTP, my love
Desert hot
Oh, how it reminds me
5 years down the road
On this ultra remote spot
The sunflowers would be deemed too beautiful
For the place where I got my PhD (PermanentHeadDamage)
And couples of Cs in my tests
They say, IRC helps
Oh yes, the bloody cold snow world
And why, 8am class of 1km away from my room
Or the misery of getting fined by Pak Guard
Sometimes,
I wish to lay on the bed inside Rector's house
Or just to take a tour,
on the most haunted place of UTP
But i will never get tired of
in losing my weight around lake
in losing my stress inside pool
in gaining muscles inside gym
in kicking someone's balls at futsal court
Of course, the beautiful maiden
I met halfway of my journey
She has, always been adorably cute
How can I end this poem
without mentioning mamak stores
The place that gives birth to delicious maggi
All of these wonders
I will always cherish
But never on UTP LAN, coz it sucks big time
And for now,
Mcd of Bandar Iskandar, here I come

Berputus asa saya tidak pernah
Kelmarin ku tidak jadi ke dunia mimpi
Menguling di katil merindui si bunga
Merenung ke siling putih yang kian berkilau
Hati bertanya, adakah yang berjauhan
Hangat disaluputi kasih sayang?
Biarpun melintasi lembah berliku tajam
ataupun menerokai hutan tebal bagaikan permainan labirin
Biarpun keselesaan diketepikan
ataupun tiba teruk berluka darah
Demi mencuri renungan si jelita
Setitik peluh pun bernilai sebiji mutiara
Akan tetapi
Sepantas ku berlari, betapa dekatnya jarak
Wajah buah hatiku, kian semakin lesap,
Hanya meninggalkan kabus tebal,
Dan air mata, menemani malam malam
yang ketiadaan mu
Berdiam diri ku berikrar
Dengan si lampu bilik menjadi saksi,
Beserta si burung hantu menjadi penonton
Selagi ku bernafas
Berputus asa terhadap kita berdua
Saya tidak akan

Love and Gingerbreads
Far to South
Salmon of the east
Raining candies
With ornaments of four seasons
Fern pine with pointy little leaves
Jingles of thousands ringing bells
Snuggle in icy cold blanket
Fuming like one dragon's rage
Neighbors are cheering
Kids are running
The jaw monster frightens the snow away
As excitement from far
welcoming the riders from town
They throw gifts, even for the puppies
Paint the houses red
Put on the weird little Santa's beard
Sing-a-long a Christmas Carol
As the gingerbread yells to be chewed
As the story gets rolled
The old man cries with joy
Relishing on the rocking chair,
Addition of broadcasted happiness
Holding the aging little hand of his loved one
The hummingbirds are moved to tears
And the angels rake the falling souls
How true is forever love
Coz when it comes, it feels like Christmas
And it is the best winter present
Merry Christmas

Chance and Choice
Roses are red
Violets are blue
I am here, You are there
And I'm missing you
People go, people come
Summer ends, Autumn enters
Brain says wrong, heart says otherwise
Loving you, is always right
If friendship means
Never having to say 'excuse me'
Then love means
Never having to say 'you are sorry'
Falling in love is by chance
Loving someone is by commitment
Breaking up is by choice
Forever love exists,
Only when the flowers of love
are fertilised with eternal sacrifice
Because when love arrives
It will change, the course of your life
Happy 12/12/12
