If I could have my wishes back

On a nebulous late evening
With exiguous explorer's DNA in me
I push myself towards a dumpy small room
There lies an Arabic lamp
Legend might say it is enchanted
And Genie burst out, as audiences expected
I dare not to think twice for my wishes

I wish I adored beans
And if I were a twin
Or some day a fairy
Would just come walking in

Or snows would fall next winter
Just like they did in my dream
I wish they'd let me sing my heart out
On rainy afternoons

I wish that I could wake some morning
And they'd all come true

However
If I could have my wishes back
If wishes did come true

I would wish for laughter
And fill your life with lullaby
Then I would poke peaceful rest so hard
It will come visit you at night
Energetic and lovely, every bright morning
All for the calm on your face and know you're fine
Bring joy to this heart of mine
